Raiz Vouchers FAQ's
Raiz Vouchers are electronic vouchers that enable you to save and invest from your everyday purchases.
When you buy Raiz eVouchers, up to 3% will be invested automatically at no extra cost. For your supermarket shopping. For your fuel. For your drinks.
They are delivered instantly into your eWallet and in a confirmation email. Ready for you to use straight away. So you can even be instore when you buy them. Even in the queue waiting to pay.
You earn 3% of the voucher amount each time you purchase a Raiz voucher. The reward will be invested back into your Raiz account the following month.
If you purchase using a credit or debit card, there is a 1.5% processing fee and your voucher is available usually within 60-90 seconds - ready for use.
If you pay directly from a bank account using electronic transfer, there is no fee and your voucher will be available 3-4 days after your purchase.
Go to Raiz Rewards through the app or website and click on Vouchers. Then choose the retailer you want a voucher for right now.
If you purchase using a credit or debit card, your voucher is available usually within 90 seconds ready for use.
If you pay directly from a bank account using electronic transfer, your voucher will be available 3-4 days after your purchase.
It will appear in your Voucher eWallet. You will also receive a confirmation email with your Voucher included.

1. our retailer partners as part of their conditions restrict the values for each order
2. we've been experiencing fraud with purchases of Raiz vouchers. We have a number of measures in place and are working on more.
Yes. The expiry date will be prominently displayed on the voucher.
Any outstanding balance remains on the Voucher and is available to use at any time until the expiry date.
If you paid via your credit/debit card, your voucher should have arrived immediately. If you have not received it, go to Contact Us and let us know.
If you paid from your bank account, we have to wait to receive the funds. It usually takes 3-4 business days. As soon as we receive it, we email your voucher to you. If you have not received it, go to Contact Us and let us know.
